One of the last few for which the write up remains unlocated. There are (2) versions of this album – standard and deluxe. The standard is available from most retailers, but the deluxe breaks it up into (2) discs, and includes a full bonus side featuring rehearsal versions of the songs.
Kurt would hate that this is sold on Amazon, so I won’t link the album. But you can get it from Amazon or Target.
